Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a subscription plan or using the GoodBidders service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
1. Service Description
1.1 What We Provide
GoodBidders provides a B2B SaaS platform for inventory scanning and marketplace listing automation, including:
- Barcode scanning technology
- Product data fetching from retailers (Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart)
- Instant marketplace listing (eBay, Shopify)
- Mobile application (Android, iOS coming soon)
- Web dashboard
- Photo storage and management
- Collage maker tool
- Bulk photo downloads
1.2 Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

2.2 Product Limits
- Product limits reset on your billing date each month
- Unused products do not roll over to the next month
- You may upgrade your plan at any time
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Billing
- Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Annual plans are billed once per year in advance
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Prices do not include applicable taxes
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods through our payment processor.
3.3 Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is received.
4. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment if not satisfied with the Service.
4.1 Eligibility
- Available only for first-time subscribers
- Request must be made within 30 days of initial payment
- Not available for renewals or subsequent billing periods
4.2 No Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any remaining time in your billing period.
5. Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

- Calling (480) 665-2955
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to your data for 90 days after cancellation
- After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
6.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any marketplace policies (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Upload malicious content or malware
7. Data & Privacy
7.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7.2 Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely
- Cancelled accounts: Data retained for 90 days
- Photos: Retained according to your plan's storage duration
8. Marketplace Integration
8.1 Third-Party Platforms
When you connect to marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Shopify), you agree to comply with their respective terms of service. GoodBidders is not responsible for:
- Account suspensions by marketplaces
- Changes to marketplace APIs
- Listing removals by marketplaces
9. Limitation of Liability
GoodBidders' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends
- You may export your data within 90 days
- All outstanding fees become due
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date and sent via email. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, except for small claims court matters under $10,000.
